The instructors would like to acknowledge and thank Mrs. Joanne
Rush for the work she does at the San Luis Rey Valley Resource Center--not only for our karate class, but for all the services
offered through the Center.
Mrs. Rush is a long-time resident of the neighborhood and was instrumental in
bringing this valuable service to the community. Mrs. Rush, at first an unpaid volunteer but now a City employee, devotes
many hours to helping the residents of the community by ensuring the Center remains open and available to all.
